Getting into Acting

YVONNE JEGEDE: My journey into acting started with my late uncle, Ignis Ekwe. He’d take me on set, and I’d assist him briefly. One day, I met Charles Novia, and he offered me a role in “Missing Angel” with Desmond Elliot and Stella Damasus. That’s how I began. I later landed the role in “African Queen” after being approached for the music video.
