Nollywood actress Jemima Osunde recently shared her innermost thoughts on The Culture League podcast, hosted by Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface. According to Jemima, poverty is her biggest fear.
Jemima emphasized that while she can overcome many challenges, living in poverty is something she couldn’t endure. She expressed her strong dislike for poverty, questioning how being poor would benefit her. “My biggest fear in life, I can survive many things, but I can never survive poverty. I can never do it. Being real and being poor, how does it benefit me? I don’t even want to taste poverty. I’m okay where I am. I don’t want it.”
The actress also expressed that her dignity, decency, and morals are non-negotiable. She values her self-respect and principles above all else, refusing to compromise them even for financial gain.
Jemima expressed satisfaction with her current situation, stating she has no desire to experience poverty.
