In a heartfelt interview with Celebrity Gists, Olatunji recounted the terrifying ordeal, which involved multiple surgeries and a long road to recovery. “There was a time I had an accident and it wasn’t easy,” he shared. “I was in the hospital for three months with memory loss. So I thank God for His grace.”
The actor expressed deep gratitude to the medical team that treated him, emphasizing that their expertise played a key role in his survival. “We should give the doctors their own praise and God His glory,” he said.
Olatunji also recalled how even medical professionals were stunned by his recovery. “My doctor friends were shocked. They saw my skull because I went through a series of surgeries. But I thank God because it wasn’t easy.”
