Get ready for high-stakes action and laughs! Amazon recently released the trailer for ‘Heads of State,’ an action-comedy starring John Cena and Idris Elba, premiering on Prime Video on July 2.
In the movie, John Cena stars as the president of the United State, while Idris Elba is the UK prime minister. They must put aside their public rivalry when they’re targeted by a mysterious enemy, forcing them to work together as they dodge assassins and fight for survival, the pair was joined by Priyanka Chopra Jonas who plays Noel, an MI6 agent who partners with the reluctant duo.
Together, they aim to stop a global conspiracy that threatens to bring down more than just their egos.
The trailer showcases an explosive mix of action, wit and banters between Cena and Elba, highlighting their on-screen chemistry as they both navigate through chaotic situations.
