The clip discussed her battle with cancer and the removal of her thyroid which sparked concerns among fans after her drastic weight loss transformation. In the video she revealed that she underwent surgery for thyroid removal due to cancer scare and will need to be on medication for the rest of her life.

According to her the cancer scare mentioned in the video referred specifically to a swelling on her neck which her doctor deemed serious.
