Seven years after the harrowing events of Chhorii, Sakshi (Nushrratt Bharuccha) has retreated into isolation, raising her daughter Ishani who suffers from a rare, life-threatening condition: exposure to sunlight could kill her.
Their quiet life is shattered when a mysterious ghostly force abducts Ishani. Sakshi turns to Inspector Samar (Gashmeer Mahajani) for help, and their desperate search leads them back to the cursed village she once escaped.
There, they uncover an ancient cult, led by the fearsome Daasi Maa (Soha Ali Khan)—a shape-shifting priestess determined to sacrifice Ishani to fulfill a dark prophecy. Facing supernatural threats and resurfacing trauma, Sakshi must battle a nightmarish reality to rescue her daughter before time runs out.
