Nollywood actress Sarah Martins was hospitalised on Monday, January 19, 2026, following a sudden health scare. Reports indicate that the actress collapsed at her workplace while attending to business activities and was immediately rushed to the hospital for medical attention.
Sharing her experience via Instagram from her hospital bed, Sarah revealed that she woke up that morning feeling unusually weak and temporarily unable to feel parts of her body. She described the moment as feeling “lifeless.” Despite her condition, she forced herself to visit her shop to carry out inventory checks and interview staff. Unfortunately, she collapsed during the process.
Medical assessments later suggested that the incident was likely caused by severe exhaustion, linked to prolonged overworking without adequate rest—particularly during the busy December period. Doctors have since advised her to remain on complete bed rest to aid her recovery.
